Ingredients: wheat flour, flour with the addition of seeds 17% (wholemeal rye flour 30.5%, sunflower seeds 18.7%, flax seed 18.7%, sesame seeds 17.2%, rye flour toasted, rye malt flour toasted, pumpkin seeds 4.7%, fermented rye flour), vegetable oil (palm), vegetable fat (palm), barley malt extract, raising agents (ammonium hydrogencarbonate, sodium hydrogencarbonate), rye – barley sourdough 3% [water, liquid rye sourdough (water, rye sourdough, salt), sugar, dark malt extract (barley), wholegrain rye flour, dark bakery syrup (sugar syrup), dark malt flour (barley), malt flour (barley), iodated salt, preservative (potassium sorbat)], sugar, salt, antioxidant (rosemary extract), flour treatment agent (sodium metabisulphite).
May contain traces of eggs, nuts, milk, peanut, celery and soya.
